Data on your device

Removing the app removes its local profile data, saved places, notes, and locally stored photos from that device.

Server-side data

To request deletion of generated avatars or operational data held by our service, email admin@zipline.agency with “Loppy data deletion” in the subject. Include enough non-sensitive detail for us to find the record, such as a generated-avatar URL or a subscription support reference. We will verify and process requests as required by applicable law.
